- items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Clothes with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

- Custom-sized or personalized clothes.
- Restocking Fee: To cover the specialized handling and inspection of luxury textiles, a $10-15 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
