- Order Processing: Most of our gowns are undergo a rigorous quality inspection or made-or-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
- International Shipping: We ship globally from our atelier via premium carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Europe & Australia: 5–8 business days.
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100 USD. For orders below this, a flat fee of $15 USD will be applied at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Tracking: Once your gown is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required upon delivery for all couture items.
